No Cancellation Policy
  • Once a payment is made through Razorpay for any ThanQboss service (including job post credits, unlock self-recorded video, Create AI-interview questions, resume views, or subscription plans), it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Users are requested to review the service details carefully before proceeding with the payment.
No Refund Policy
  • ThanQboss follows a no-refund policy for all successful transactions
  • This includes but is not limited to:
  • Subscription purchases
    Candidate unlocking
    Self-recorded video unlocking
    Job postings
    Creating AI-Interview questions
    Promotional or feature upgrades
  • Refunds will not be processed in case of:
  • Change of mind
    Partial usage of services
    User dissatisfaction after purchase
    Delay in response from candidates
Payment Disputes
  • If you notice a technical issue such as duplicate charges or failed payment with amount deduction, please report it to us at support@thanqboss.com within 48 hours.
  • Valid cases will be verified and resolved on a case-by-case basis in line with Razorpay's resolution process.
